A 630,000 sq. ft. residential led scheme with hotel over the Fenchurch mainline railway and DLR. Site was acquired from Network Rail and comprised 2.4 acres of Air Rights requiring substantive encapsulation works. It was the first scheme within Tower Hamlets to provide off site affordable housing which was also delivered before the Mint Street site was developed.
