Approximately 60 acres of employment land acquired with restricted road access. Planning permission achieved for 900,000 sq. ft. of B1/B2/B8 space, including Hoddesdon Power Plant. The scheme incorporated a new road bridge over the West Coast Mainline into the site which required close co-operation with Network Rail and the Local Authority.
